it is my sad duty to inform you that this blog is kind of dead. Its demise occurred not quite suddenly, but in the process of an ever-increasing lack of attendance on the part of the author and to the development of newer technical means in communication.

I certainly hope this will not discourage you in your attitude towards blogs and the internet in general.
